To include documents for an agent to download, we need to create an 'offer doc library'. This will also let us include any instructions we want the buyer's agent to read before submitting an offer.
Creating a document/instruction template: click on offer manager on the main menu, then click on offer doc libraries. The add doc library option will already be expanded. We can give the template a name, set the box of instructions for the buyer's agent, and then attach any documents required to complete the offer.
