You are able to easily back up all the contents of your transactions (documents, property info, all parties, and main conversation log), by clicking the back up results button located in the ListingSearch, Buyer Search and BPO Search Areas. Once you run a search, you can back up all the results of that search.
*There is a 2gb limit on each back up. So be sure to check your total account storage level in account settings and then make sure to divide up your back up attempts accordingly.
