To assign a user to a task, please follow the steps below:

Task is Already Created
  1. Click on the Task Manager Icon.
  2. Search or scroll down to the task you want to assign.
  3. On the second column to the left, the user column, you will see a drop down box.
  4. There you can select a user that you have created to assign this task.

Task is Not Yet Created
  1. Go to the listing or buyer you want to create a task for, by clicking View/Edit on next to the listing or buyer.
  2. Click on the Task link.
  3. Click on the Add Task link.
  4. Fill out the form and in the Assign User field, use the drop-box to assign a user you have created this task.
